Site Payments Associate II (Reconciliation)

Job Summary
Site Payments Associate II role involves compiling data to generate payments to investigative sites in accordance with procedural documents and site contracts, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations, managing payment responsibilities and workflows to meet timelines, building relationships with study sites and clients on payment issues, responding to escalations, training study teams on site payment processes, and potentially processing investigator payments and related reimbursements, budgets, SVTs, and reconciliations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel (CTMS/EDC experience preferred) are required to support accuracy and compliance across study payments and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; CTMS/EDC experience preferred
- Familiarity with ICH Good Clinical Practices and country/regulatory requirements
