Job Summary
Site Operations Specialist to support the Bangalore office and local employees. The role combines office operations, employee support, HR coordination, vendor management, onboarding support, workplace experience, and general site administration. Will act as the bridge between employees, vendors, local leadership, and global HR/Operations teams, partnering with the local Bangalore leadership to support employees and office operations. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating with building management and vendors, maintaining a safe and organized office environment, supporting onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement and culture initiatives, coordinating with global HR on lifecycle activities, handling local HR administrative processes, and coordinating travel and operational logistics. Required is 3–7 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, clear English communication, independent work capability, and experience in a fast-paced multinational environment. Preferred is experience in SaaS/startup contexts and exposure to HR processes and external vendor coordination.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in office operations, HR operations, administration, workplace operations, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at once
- Experience supporting employees and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Experience working in a global or multinational organization
