Site Operations Specialist (Contract Role)

Job Summary
Site Operations Specialist leads contract and supplier management to deliver IFM-related services (cafeterias, transportation, building services) at a Vietnam site. Responsibilities include overseeing on-site contractors, ensuring services meet SLAs, managing capital equipment/renovation roadmaps, conducting regular audits of equipment and systems, coordinating with procurement on KPIs and supplier scorecards, overseeing space planning, regulatory compliance, and facilitating change management and budgeting. The role involves project management for site services and SPGC projects, liaising with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Intel design/construction standards and government audits, and on-site presence to support regional tasks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 05 years working experience in facilities, services or supporting groups
- Good at Project and Program management
- Ability to deal with unexpected situations with minimum support
- Strong skillsets on Problem Solving, Planning, Data Analysis and communication
- Good command of English and general computer knowledge and CAD usage
