Site Operations Manager (Technical) w/Top Secret Clearance

Job Summary
Lead and manage all contract activities for technical services across NMOTC and subordinate commands, serving as the principal liaison to Government stakeholders. Supervise IT support personnel, resolve emergent service needs, and ensure compliance with DoD and Navy cybersecurity standards. Provide remote support during outages and coordinate corrective actions while maintaining staffing coverage at multiple CONUS locations including Pensacola, San Diego, and Fort Bragg. Submit required reports and documentation for quality control and continuous process improvement initiatives. Requires active Top Secret clearance and 10 years of DoD/DoN IT experience.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of DoD/DoN industry IT experience or 15 years of general IT experience
- 5 years of supervisory experience supporting IT systems under DoD governance or 7 years general supervisory IT experience
- Demonstrated experience managing distributed IT operations in a government or military environment
- Ability to manage personnel, schedules, and communications across multiple sites and stakeholders
- Active Top Secret (T5 Investigation)
- U.S. Citizen
- 20% - The Contractor will be required to do site visits throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) during the performance of this contractor
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience with Navy Medicine, DHA, NMCI, SIPR/NIPR networks, and MEDCOI environments
- Preferred familiarity with cloud computing services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and Navy's Cloud First policy
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations
- Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable
