Job Summary
Site Operations Manager responsible for leading a facilities maintenance team in Atlanta, GA. Directs a workforce of technicians and professionals performing hard and soft services, safety, building automation, and maintenance projects. Utilizes Maximo to monitor and improve maintenance performance; analyzes and troubleshoots complex building utility systems; provides oversight of the building automation system; mentors staff; and drives safety and continuous improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and 8+ years of relevant experience, with strong leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and proficiency in CMMS; able to work standard hours with potential for additional hours based on business demand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field
- Eight years of experience in industrial Facilities Maintenance related work or demonstrated equivalent in experience with no education
- 5+ years of facility operations/maintenance experience including supervisory experience in a technical field
- Working knowledge of purchasing and/or managing subcontracts or vendors
- Experience utilizing CMMS and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Staff management experience including disciplinary action, hiring, terminating, and performance appraisals
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field
- Eight years of experience in industrial Facilities Maintenance
- 5+ years of facility operations/maintenance supervisory experience in a technical field
- Experience with CMMS (Maximo) and Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Experience with safety programs and building automation systems
- Budget experience and contract/vendor management
- GMP or regulated environment experience (preferred)
- IFMA, AFE, or BOMA certifications (preferred)
