Job Summary
Oversee daily site logistics across office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments; manage the site security program and contracted services (including food service) and vendor oversight; supervise landscaping, snow removal, and surface treatments; plan and coordinate site events and executive visits with stakeholders; collaborate with cross-functional teams on campus space planning and leases; review contracts with finance and drive cost considerations; maintain strong internal/external relationships; apply problem solving and analytical skills with a focus on data analytics, database management, and AI (experience preferred); requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in related field.
