Job Summary
As a Site Operations Attendant at an entertainment venue, you will help keep the venue running smoothly by coordinating event logistics, assisting guests, and managing equipment. You will provide product information to guests, handle cash transactions, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, assist with repairs and maintenance of arcade games, prize machines, ride platforms, and allied equipment, and support guests with amusement games and prize selection. You will stock claw-style games and the redemption center, monitor safety regulations to ensure a safe environment, maintain a clean and orderly area around your assigned location, and perform other duties as assigned. The role requires effective written and verbal communication, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience in equipment maintenance a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or holidays
- Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
