Job Summary
Manage Drop Ship and Made to Order SKU setup, maintenance, and launch readiness while validating product data and item attributes across merchandising and eCommerce systems. Identify and resolve discrepancies, system errors, and workflow issues through detailed analysis and cross-functional collaboration with product development, content production, and technology teams. Maintain SKU flags, configuration attributes, pricing updates, and launch dependencies to ensure operational excellence and data integrity. Perform audits, process reviews, and identify opportunities for automation and scalable improvements. Serve as a subject matter expert for SKU setup processes and item hierarchies, translating technical data challenges into actionable insights for business partners.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, eCommerce operations, merchandising operations, retail operations, or data management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, including experience working with large datasets, data validation, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines in a highly cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, merchandising, or eCommerce platforms
