Site Operation Manager - Century Oak Wind Site

Job Summary
Oversee site operations at Century Oak Wind Site, manage safety programs, permits, reports, and regulatory compliance; supervise a two-technician team with indirect oversight of a Regional Administrator; coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, maintenance, and third parties; monitor asset performance and compliance using SCADA; ensure documentation is current and maintained; collaborate with cross-functional teams to report on status and project development on-site.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/technical degree or equivalent education with leadership/management knowledge
- Seven (7) years of experience in a related industry with electrical equipment, power generation, or utility-scale equipment
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience of technical, operations, or maintenance personnel
- Working knowledge of wind power generating equipment and substations to identify, categorize and troubleshoot
- Ability to physically enter confined spaces and work at various heights in adverse conditions; PPE proficiency including respirators, fall protection, hardhat, safety shoes, safety glasses
- Willingness to travel up to 25% with some overnight trips; domestic and limited international travel
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record
- Must be able to comply with ENGIE ethics and safety policies
