Job Summary
Manage strategic relationships with priority Organized Care Groups, including Interventional Psychiatry Clinics, health systems, and Integrated Delivery Networks, to drive adoption of COMP3060 psilocybin therapy. Develop and execute account-level business plans that guide sites from initial interest to full operational capability while assessing infrastructure and training needs. Support operational readiness by navigating logistical requirements, identifying barriers, and delivering educational sessions on therapy workflows and best practices. Serve as the primary contact for Qualified Audiences, facilitating introductions to internal teams for scientific exchange, REMS certification, and payer discussions. Provide regular insights on operational challenges, reimbursement considerations, and competitive dynamics to inform ecosystem planning and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing strategic healthcare accounts, provider networks, health systems, specialty practices, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), or specialty pharmacy stakeholders in provider-facing healthcare services
- Strong understanding of behavioral‐health delivery, practice development, specialty‐care operations, or novel‐therapy implementation
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations and coordinate stakeholders across clinical, pharmacy, finance, compliance, and operations functions
- Must be able to travel ~70% within region via plane, train, or car
- Must have employment rights in the country to which you are applying
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in mental healthcare, neuroscience, or psychedelic assisted therapy
- Background in launching or scaling innovative care models or REMS monitored specialty therapeutics
- Familiarity with reimbursement pathways, payer dynamics, and health‐system economics
- Experience supporting launch or expansion of specialty pharmaceutical products requiring complex site-of-care readiness and patient access pathways
