Job Summary
Site Network – Technical Support coordinates the technical setup of new site groups, maintains the smooth operation of UK/ROI site networks, triages tickets with partner sites, and liaises with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent card acceptance. Role involves organizing risk assessments for stock-managed locations, managing signage stock and deliveries, supporting 3rd party card-acceptance projects across European partners, and helping to create and improve formal processes within the team for site technical setups. Travel to service stations and partner offices is part of the role; strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, plus a technically curious mindset and meticulous attention to detail are desirable.
