Job Summary
The Site MSE Manager will establish and drive the RSH MSE roadmap, lead performance improvement initiatives, collaborate with plant function teams for performance management, and champion digitalization projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical degree
- 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment
- 3+ years of experience working with and understanding TPM principals and methods
- 3+ years of Plant operation experience
- Experience of leading team and resources to achieve specific results and improvements within limited timeframe
