Job Summary
Own weekly site performance analysis across all key page types, turning opportunities into tests and driving them through to implementation. Prioritize, execute, and analyze A/B testing and personalization roadmaps end to end to drive product discoverability through navigation, search merchandising, and collection strategy. Lead weekly to bi-weekly site flips, launches, and merchandising updates from planning through go-live, serving as the final QA checkpoint for all publications. Manage and coach two Site Merchandising Coordinators, building accountability around reporting, merchandising quality, and QA processes. Partner across Brand, Merchandising, Creative, and Operations to bring campaigns and product launches to life on our Shopify Plus site, including the new B2B storefront and upcoming AI-driven personalization features.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years in ecommerce, site merchandising, or digital product
- Shopify Plus
- familiarity with SEO
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Experience with A/B testing, site optimization, and merchandising best practices
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and customer experience
- A high quality bar, and the ability to hold your team to it in a fast-paced environment
- Hybrid schedule: in our Westside Provisions District office Tuesday to Thursday, with periodic visits to our Austell fulfillment center
