Site Medical Director - Shirley

Diagnose and treat patients in your specialty area while supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Conduct physical examinations, prescribe medications, and coordinate tests and referrals for Health Center and external patients. Provide off-hours and hospital coverage to ensure 24-hour availability, and lead quality improvement activities including peer review, audits, and protocol development. Set standards for preventive care and diagnostic screening, maintain appropriate medical documentation, and participate in provider meetings. This role requires board certification, a doctorate degree, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
