Site Medical Director (MD/DO) -

Oversee medical care at the assigned facility in compliance with company, institutional, NCCHC, and ACA standards. Provide direct patient care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR. Respond to urgent situations, adhere to formulary guidelines, and utilize in-house resources before external referrals. Partner with the Health Services Administrator to lead quality improvement initiatives, chronic care clinics, and pharmacy oversight. Serve as a liaison with community health providers and review clinical protocols annually. This role requires onsite coverage of 2 days for 12 hours per week in Placerville or 2 days for 10 hours per week in South Lake Tahoe.
