Job Summary
Support Production, Project, and Sales teams to ensure supplier deliveries meet material requirements and production schedules. Collaborate on converting forecasts into actionable plans, overseeing inventories, managing lead times, and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments. Own material management processes to drive excellence in fulfillment, inventory turns, and operational efficiency while leading a team of salaried and hourly employees. Present plant-wide improvements to senior leadership and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to resolve material issues. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business management, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field, with 7+ years in manufacturing, operations, or materials management. The salary range is $91,100–$129,800.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university or college
- A minimum of 7+ years in manufacturing, operations, or materials management with a strong understanding of production and inventory control systems
- Proven project management abilities
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing scheduling and inventory, and fostering a collaborative environment
