Job Summary
Site Manager for Take 5 and Whistle Express car wash locations leads on-site operations, culture, and customer experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance managing all team members (Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads, and Team Members); building a positive, growth-minded culture; ensuring staff follow safety, customer service, and operational standards; delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving escalated concerns; leading membership growth through sales coaching and service recommendations; overseeing daily operations and equipment reliability; driving sales, profitability, and KPIs; managing safety, compliance, budgets and vendor support; conducting site audits and inspections to maintain quality, cleanliness, and throughput.
