Lead and develop the on-site team to deliver high-quality customer experience at Take 5 and Whistle Express car wash locations. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance managing all staff (including Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads, and Team Members); driving a positive culture aligned with company values; ensuring safety, customer service, and operational standards; delivering exceptional customer experiences; leading membership growth through sales coaching and service recommendations; overseeing daily operations and equipment maintenance; driving sales, profitability, and budget adherence; enforcing health, safety, and brand standards; analyzing metrics to improve performance and reduce downtime; coordinating audits and inspections; and managing inventory and cost controls.
