Job Summary
Site Manager at Take 5 Car Wash and Whistle Express locations leads overall site performance, culture, customer experience, and operations. Responsible for recruiting and developing the on-site team (including Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads, and Team Members), implementing safety, quality, and brand standards, driving membership growth and sales initiatives, managing daily workflows and equipment maintenance, monitoring KPIs, controlling labor and expenses, and ensuring a high-quality, efficient customer experience across the site. Requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced outdoor environment, capability to coach for performance, enforce safety/compliance, and optimize operations to improve throughput and profitability.
