Job Summary
Site Manager at Take 5 Car Wash locations responsible for overall on-site performance, culture, and customer experience. Leads a team including Assistant Site Manager and Shift Leads; ensures safety, equipment reliability, quality, and throughput; drives membership growth through sales coaching and service recommendations; manages daily operations, KPIs, expenses, and vendor support; enforces safety and brand standards and conducts regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational excellence. Must recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage staff; develop future leaders; deliver service excellence; resolve escalated customer concerns; and uphold a service-oriented environment that fosters growth-minded culture across the team.

- Demonstrated leadership, teambuilding, and performance management abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, hands-on outdoor environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently running all aspects of site operations
