Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management of the team (Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads, and staff); driving membership sales and service recommendations; maintaining equipment reliability and safety standards; achieving site KPIs and profitability through staffing, promotions, inventory controls, and cost management; ensuring high standards of cleanliness, quality, and brand compliance; and cultivating a positive, growth-minded culture while delivering exceptional customer service.
