Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for leading Take 5 car wash location operations, team development, safety, equipment reliability, and delivering high-quality, guest-focused customer experiences. You will recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage the on-site team, cultivate a positive growth-minded culture, ensure safety and operational standards, oversee equipment maintenance and vendor support, drive membership growth and sales initiatives, monitor KPIs, manage expenses and inventory, and uphold brand standards to deliver efficient, friendly service.
