Job Summary
Site Manager at Take 5 Car Wash and Whistle Express locations leads on-site operations, culture, and customer experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance managing the team (Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads, and Team Members); maintaining safety, equipment reliability, and adherence to standards; delivering exceptional customer experiences; driving membership growth and sales; managing daily workflow, KPIs, staffing, and budgets; and ensuring brand standards and compliance across the site. The role requires leadership, hands-on operation in an outdoor environment, and the ability to train and develop future leaders while promoting a positive, growth-minded culture.
