Job Summary
Site Manager oversees all aspects of site operations at Take 5 car wash locations, driving customer experience, safety, equipment reliability, sales performance, and community reputation. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management of the on-site team (Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads, and Team Members); enforcing safety and quality standards; leading membership growth through sales coaching; managing daily workflow, equipment maintenance, vendor interactions, and KPI-driven performance improvements; controlling site expenses and inventory; and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on building a positive culture and delivering a fast, friendly, and high-quality customer experience. The position is full-time and based in Avon, Colorado, USA with an in-person work arrangement.
