Site Manager leading Take 5 and Whistle Express car wash locations, overseeing on-site operations, team development, safety, equipment reliability, sales performance, and customer experience. Responsible for driving a positive culture, coaching staff, managing daily workflow, ensuring safety and quality standards, and leading membership growth through promotions and service recommendations. Requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced outdoor environment; familiarity with retail/service/hospitality settings and service-oriented roles is preferred.
