Job Summary
Site Manager leads Take 5 and Whistle Express car wash locations as the primary on-site leader, responsible for team leadership, safety, equipment reliability, operations, sales performance, and delivering a high-quality, friendly customer experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of the team (Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads, and Team Members), building a positive culture aligned with company values, ensuring staff adherence to safety and operational standards, resolving escalated customer concerns, driving membership growth and service recommendations, overseeing daily workflows and equipment maintenance, analyzing operational metrics to improve performance and reduce downtime, and managing site-level sales, labor, expenses, inventory, and KPIs. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, the ability to work in an outdoor environment, a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and the capacity to lead all aspects of site operations with a customer-focused mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, teambuilding, and performance management abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, hands-on outdoor environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks
- Experience in retail, service, hospitality, or other customer facing roles (preferred)
- Experience with sales-driven environments or membership programs (preferred)
