Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports experience and overseeing game-day operations at a venue. Duties include field setup and breakdown, supervising part-time staff and volunteer coaches, managing the overall operation of a venue and ensuring safety and excellent customer service for families and participants, with an emphasis on high energy, organization, problem-solving, and a fun, customer-service oriented environment. Requires ability to work a varied schedule including some nights and weekends during the season.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
- Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
- Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends and some evenings (~7 weeks)
- Experience working with kids
