Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for retaining and expanding a large customer account by delivering ChemTreat value, aligning process improvements with customer needs, and driving profitable growth. Oversees daily operations at the customer site related to water treatment and equipment; builds relationships with key decision makers; identifies issues, develops practical solutions, and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction. Engages technical staff to implement retention and growth strategies, communicates the value proposition, troubleshoots site-specific problems, and may interview candidates. Requires leadership, self-motivation, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver comprehensive service reports and proposals while maintaining regulatory safety and PPE standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or technical degree; 7+ years water treatment experience; proven track record in operations/manufacturing facility support; strong verbal and written communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
