Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for the daily and long-term administrative and strategic operations of the clinic. Oversee scheduling, staffing, patient flow, regulatory compliance, budgeting, revenue processing, and vendor relationships while leading a team to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience. Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations, COO, and physicians to develop strategic plans, monitor performance, drive cost-efficiency, improve quality and safety, and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills, financial acumen, and ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment are required. Must be onsite at the assigned clinic Monday through Friday; travel up to 25% within the geographic region.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree in healthcare, administration, business management, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Must be onsite at assigned clinic(s), M-F during operating hours
- Proficient computer software and database skills
- Proficient knowledge of Medical Terminology
