Job Summary
As a Site Manager supporting Unita projects, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site delivery—coordinating trades, managing sequencing and logistics, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects moving to programme. You’ll be structured and organized to plan sequencing, logistics and site activity, a proactive problem solver who identifies issues early, a clear communicator to trades and stakeholders, and maintain high quality workmanship and safety. The role emphasizes disciplined site management across commercial fitout projects, with emphasis on delivering professional, well-run sites and ensuring client experience is prioritized. Key attributes include quality and safety focus, calm under pressure, and alignment with the Unita value system. ABN and White Card are mandatory, with First Aid & CPR certification preferred.

- Previous experience delivering commercial fitout projects
- Strong subcontractor coordination and site management capability
- Ability to manage sequencing, logistics and programme outcomes
- Strong focus on quality, safety and client experience
