Job Summary
Site Manager at Spotless Brands — lead on-site operations for a car wash location, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality service, driving site profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring SOP and safety compliance, staff performance and development, scheduling and payroll, inventory management, cash handling and loss prevention, customer service, and community engagement, with the ability to adapt across Express, Full-Service, and Flex site variations. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills, plus ability to work flexible hours and manage a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail, service, or automotive environment strongly preferred but not required
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role, as defined by federal, state, and local laws (e.g., fuel handling, food safety, alcohol/ tobacco sales, environmental safety, OSHA requirements)
- Demonstrated experience managing teams, staffing schedules, and daily operational workflows
- Previous experience in the car wash, oil change, convenience store, or quick service industry strongly preferred but not required
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
