Job Summary
Manage tool crib replenishment, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and handle MRO purchasing in partnership with the customer. Recruit, hire, and supervise staff while executing large-scale cost savings initiatives. Liaise between the customer and vendors to assure delivery expectations, creating detailed documentation and site reports. Grow the business on site through integrated supply management and spend analytics. This role supports Turtle's Electrical Distribution division, which operates 14 branches across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, offering procurement and cost-saving services for industrial and construction markets.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- At least one year of experience with purchasing practices and procedures
- At least 3 years supervising staff, to include, hiring disciplining and terminating staff
- Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market for the site
- Experience in integrated supply
