Job Summary
Manage an 86-unit apartment community in Minneapolis by collecting rent, depositing payments, and issuing late notices. Supervise staff by monitoring performance and approving timecards while overseeing leasing activities from tours through move-in. Process paperwork for Project Base Section 42 and Tax Credit subsidy programs and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. This full-time role requires no weekends and includes bilingual English and Somali skills to serve a diverse population including long-term homeless and disabled clients.
