Job Summary
Lead recruiting, training, and development at the Take 5 Car Wash Dalton site; oversee onboarding, coaching, and bench-strength planning to prepare team members for future leadership opportunities. Drive customer experience, daily operations, safety, and adherence to company standards while promoting unlimited wash memberships and other services to boost engagement and revenue. Manage sales metrics, promotions, and budgeting; partner with the Assistant Site Manager to foster a high-performing, positive team culture and ensure consistent, high-quality service. Plan and conduct regular team meetings and check-ins to align expectations and support team growth.
