Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the store's daily operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling. Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff while providing constructive performance evaluations and handling discipline in accordance with company policy. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, ensuring the site remains clean, organized, and well-maintained. Train and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional service, while performing preventative maintenance on tunnel equipment and general facilities. Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and employees, exemplifying a strong safety mindset and strict adherence to protocols. Set clear expectations, outline tasks and deadlines, and provide regular feedback to drive team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in retail management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
