Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for on-site leadership of field installation activities for Thermo Systems projects in Omaha, NE, with high travel. Coordinates with the Project Manager, customer representatives, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence; maintains installation drawing version control, supports change orders, RFIs, and field documentation; organizes daily/weekly meetings, tracks progress, and communicates site constraints. Requires background in electrical installation, industrial controls, or related trade leadership; certifications such as OSHA-10/30 or NCCER are a plus; willing to relocate and travel heavily; compensation $105,000–$135,000 annually plus bonus; benefits include 401(k), medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading or coordinating field installation on industrial, controls, electrical, or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of installation practices and trade management
- Experience with RFIs, redlines, as-builts, and change management
- Certifications such as OSHA-10/30, NCCER, or trade licensing (as applicable) are a plus
- Ability to work with customers, GC, and subcontractors
- Strong communication and documentation discipline
- Safety-focused leadership and capability to promote safety culture
