Lead the Gordonsville site as its figurehead, managing seven functional managers and ~250 employees across operations, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain. Drive cultural transformation in safety, quality, and operational performance while streamlining processes for efficiency and profitability. Create and analyze site budgets to reduce costs, implement Lean/Six Sigma principles for operational excellence, and manage recruitment, training, and disciplinary matters. Direct visionary approaches to transforming production scheduling and align the site with commercial deliverables. Requires a Master's in Business Administration and Bachelor's in a technical field with five to ten years of plastics/polymer experience.
