Job Summary
Site Manager leads daily site operations at a Spotless Brands location, owning site profitability, customer satisfaction, safety, and staff development; responsible for hiring adherence, payroll accuracy, scheduling, inventory, and compliance across express, full-service, and flex site variations; requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced retail/service environment. The role may be exempt or non-exempt depending on state laws (Colorado noted as example) and wage thresholds. The position emphasizes operating excellence, team development, and community engagement, with guidance from the District Manager and cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail/service environment
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to role (fuel handling, OSHA, etc.)
- Ability to lead teams, schedule, payroll, and timekeeping
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and financial management skills
- Experience in car wash, oil change, convenience store, or quick service industry preferred
- Background check as per policy
