Job Summary
Site Manager at Spotless Brands oversees daily operations across a car wash site, drives service quality, team performance, and site profitability. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of progressive leadership experience in a customer-focused retail, service, or automotive environment strongly preferred
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must meet all required certification and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the role (fuel handling, safety, OSHA, etc.) where applicable
- Demonstrated experience managing teams, staffing schedules, and daily operational workflows
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills (MS Excel, data entry, POS)
- Experience in cash handling and loss prevention
- Experience in inventory management and payroll processes
- Knowledge of safety and employment compliance standards
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new procedures
