Job Summary
Site Manager oversees daily operations and long-term success of a Spotless Brands location, acting as the on-site business owner. Responsibilities include leading and developing a team, maintaining safety and cleanliness, delivering exceptional customer experience, driving site-level financial results, ensuring adherence to SOPs, equipment reporting, and payroll/timekeeping accuracy. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling and time management, safety compliance, inventory and cash-handling controls, customer service excellence, and effective collaboration with HR and district leadership. Site variations include Express, Full-Service, and Flex sites, with emphasis on high-throughput operations, cross-functional coordination, and community engagement. Education in business/related field preferred; 1 year leadership experience strongly preferred. Exempt or non-exempt status may apply depending on state regulations (e.g., Colorado).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Minimum 1 year of progressive leadership experience preferred
- Must meet certification and regulatory standards applicable to role (e.g., fuel handling, OSHA where applicable)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment preferred
