Job Summary
Site Manager to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, administering medications with MAP training, providing transportation to appointments and activities, ensuring safety and well-being, assisting with daily routines and goal-setting for residents, and maintaining documentation. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with the Program Director, and fostering a warm, inclusive environment to support residents in living more independent and fulfilling lives. Qualifications emphasize relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, basic computer and documentation skills, and the ability to assist residents physically; MAP/PABC/First Aid training are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries
- A valid driver’s license (held for at least six months) with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling
- Physical ability to assist residents as needed
- Bonus: Training in MAP, PABC, or First Aid is a plus
