Site Manager - Security Operations

Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors while managing daily site operations, scheduling, and staffing at a client location in Nekoosa, Wisconsin. Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and Wisconsin regulations. Conduct inspections, training, coaching, and performance management, and respond to incidents while providing leadership during emergencies. This full-time, salaried role requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of security or law enforcement experience, and two years of supervisory experience. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, pass background checks, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain or maintain any required Wisconsin private security licensing or permits
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and any other required pre-employment screenings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based reporting systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond quickly during emergencies
- Five (5) years of security, military, or law enforcement experience
- Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to emergencies
