Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned Kid's Zone program site, including planning, organizing, and directing age-appropriate activities for Kindergarten through 5th grade students. Oversee on-site staff by leading meetings, training, and special events while maintaining program areas to adhere to safety, equipment, and cleanliness standards. Interact with students, parents, and guardians regarding student activities and ensure the safe delivery of students to and from parents or appointed designees. Work full-time, 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $18.79 to $23.58 per hour. Two or more years of lead childcare experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a pre-employment background check (criminal justice fingerprint/background clearance)
- Applicants for Liberty Public Schools must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years' experience in a lead childcare worker role preferred
- Minimum of 60 college credits in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Consideration given to a Degree/Certification in progress, and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
