Job Summary
Manage company programs and area staff to ensure compliance with contract duties between the company and customer. Implement and standardize employee safety, attendance, and recognition programs across all sites while conducting scheduled and unscheduled site audits. Provide direction on forecast and budget preparation, consolidate weekly site reports, and maintain relationships with key customer contacts. Perform day-to-day operational activities for a specified area, including inspecting accounts, visiting customers, and developing plans for efficient use of materials and employees. Some travel will be required for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- 2-5 years of experience
