Job Summary
Develop work schedules for service personnel, assign routes, and inspect establishment physical conditions for safety, quality, and service compliance. Audit inventories, analyze budget requests to identify cost reductions, and maintain financial reports covering labor hours, overhead, and billing. Investigate customer service requests to determine malfunction causes, coordinate contract specifications, and ensure site adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. Direct supervisory management, facilitate meetings for real-time communication with customers and employees, and assist with human resource concerns. Some travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- 2 – 5 years of experience
