Job Summary
Site Manager to direct company programs, implement policy, and ensure compliance with contracts and customer requirements. Responsibilities include planning work schedules, assigning personnel to routes, inspecting facilities for safety, quality, and service, auditing inventories, evaluating equipment, reviewing service requests, budgeting, developing long-range plans, coordinating contracts and proposals, maintaining contractor relationships, and managing financial aspects such as labor hours, overhead, and expenses. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage safety, regulatory compliance (OSHA, ADA, FLSA), and customer service initiatives. Travel is required. Education is a Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience; valid driver’s license may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- 2 – 5 years of experience; equivalent combination acceptable
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or the business community
- Ability to present information to groups of managers, customers, employees, and the public
- Ability to supervise and manage staff; experience with hiring, planning, and evaluating performance
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control measures
- Ability to coordinate program specifications, proposals, and contracts
- Experience in facilities management or operations
