Job Summary
Lead daily operations and production at the Sandviken facility safely, on time, and within budget while holding full P/L responsibility as CEO of GreenIron H2 Production Sweden AB. Build team routines and structure from the ground up, managing employees, subcontractors, and suppliers. Collaborate closely with R&D and the wider organization to scale production and grow the ten-person team. Ensure safety, quality, and results across the entire operation in this new, growing fossil-free metal production site.
Required Qualifications
