Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for assigned properties by handling rent and documentation collections, processing resident applications, and conducting move-ins and outs with full compliance. Perform frequent property inspections, ensure maintenance requests are completed promptly, and schedule assigned projects while analyzing expenses to maximize profits. Uphold Fair Housing regulations, maintain proper training and equipment for staff, and communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and outside clients as needed. This role requires a valid driver's license, potential for up to 50% travel, and experience in affordable housing development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of housing, administrative, or other business experience
- Ability to be exposed to the elements
- Ability to lift, pull, push, bend (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to walk across a multitude of surfaces
- Exposure to basic household chemicals with occasional need for PPE due to construction chemicals or higher-level chemicals being used

- Associate's Degree
