Job Summary
Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities including trash removal. Respond to maintenance requests, complete unit turnovers, and execute preventative maintenance programs. Regularly inspect units and buildings for risks, reporting findings to the Site Manager and submitting required forms. Handle emergencies in compliance with company policies and ensure proper safety logs are completed per OSHA and agency laws. Document all resident and property incidents thoroughly, including insurance reporting for property damage or personal injury. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment while maintaining the physical asset to meet designated program requirements and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to lift 100+ pounds on occasion
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds frequently
- Must be able to stand for prolonged times
- Must be able to stoop/bend
- Must be able to push/pull
- Must be able to work with frequent exposure to elements
- Must be able to work with frequent exposure to chemicals
- Must be able to work in a labor intensive position
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- EPA/CFC certification
- 1+ years of maintenance experience in real estate or property management
