Site Manager- Rural Development

Manage day-to-day property operations for assigned sites, including rent and documentation collection, processing resident applications, and conducting move-ins and outs with strict compliance. Perform frequent property inspections, ensure maintenance requests are resolved promptly, and schedule assigned projects while analyzing expenses to maximize profits. Accept prospective resident applications, handle staff training and equipment availability, and communicate with leadership, housing authorities, and outside clients. Maintain professional standards and ensure all Fair Housing regulations are followed. This role requires 2+ years of housing experience, an Associate's degree, and may involve up to 50% travel.
